Daniel Moskowitz
Helping You Win at Law & Win at LifeAbout
With over 40 years of legal experience, attorney Daniel Moskowitz has spent decades representing parents, children, spouses, and youth in crisis in the Appellate Courts, State Supreme Court and Family Courts of New York.
As a father and grandfather himself, Daniel understands the importance of family to his clients. As an experienced attorney in the field of family law, he knows all too well how fragile personal relationships are, and how stressful disputes over family are for the people in the middle of those conflicts. With compassion and strength, he represents clients seeking custody, child support, orders of protection, or defense from child protective services prosecution.
Daniel empowers clients by working together with them, investigating the relevant facts, analyzing those facts in light of the law, then deciding on a course of action with the client. At a time when his clients are feeling vulnerable, he is a powerful and effective advocate, helping them find solid ground on which to build a better future.
A gifted writer, Daniel has written extensively about family law practice and is a novelist.
